Background & Education
Stephanie has been an advocate of health and fitness for well over 20 years. She graduated with honors as a Certified Massage Therapist and has over 1000 hours of training. Stephanie is certified by the state of California (CMT,CAMTC). She is also a certified member of the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and licensed by the city of Los Gatos, California.
Stephanie is a Certified Personal Trainer, certified by both NASM and NESTA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. After a successful 18 year corporate management career, she decided to do something more rewarding. She began training as a massage therapist and has made this, along with fitness training, her life- changing vocations.
When Stephanie is not massaging or training clients, you can find her working at Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos!
